The Cachoeiro Stone Fair 2024 is in full swing, bringing to light the latest technological innovations driving the natural stone industry. In this edition, exhibitors are showcasing cutting-edge equipment designed to transform production and enhance the quality of final products.
Among the innovations is the launch of the MF40s3 and MF120S3 multi-wire machines from AGF Equipamentos, based in São Paulo. The standout feature of these machines is the permanent magnet motor, which offers higher performance, faster cutting speed, and reduced wire consumption. According to Yuri Victor, the company’s marketing manager, the fair is a strategic showcase. “This machine will also be at the Verona Fair, but we decided to launch it in Cachoeiro to make it known among our partner clients and potential buyers,” he commented.
XCMG Brazil is also taking advantage of the Cachoeiro Stone Fair 2024 to launch the LW700KV-T33 forklift loader, part of the V series generation, designed for heavy-duty services. The new product aims to meet market demand and is based on the Chinese multinational’s international research and development platform.
“The forklift loader will be well-suited for large mines, ports, and logistics companies, providing clients with reliability, efficiency, economy, and low maintenance,” says the company’s commercial director, Renato Torres, who also highlights the comfort offered to the machine operator, thanks to the closed cabin with air conditioning, heating/cooling, and hydraulic steering.
Manutec, a company from Rio Grande do Sul, is presenting the Aqua Jet CNC 5-axis machine as a new feature. With live demonstrations, the machine cuts rocks using pressurized water jets. “This technology allows for extremely precise cuts with high-quality finishes, minimizing the need for rework,” emphasizes the company’s engineer, Marcos Tortini.
Meanwhile, Hedel is drawing attention with its Delta Wire 3, which reaches about 3 meters in height. This block-cutting machine has a triangular geometry, defining the concept of economical multi-wire systems by making fewer bends in the circuit, resulting in less vibration and more precision.
With a complete end-to-end solution lineup, the brand is leveraging the fair to establish new connections. “We are present every year because here we can add value to the brand through relationships with clients, from new attendees to those who already have our machines. There’s also the potential for new sales opportunities,” emphasizes sales manager Adelar Miranda.
