Reference in the Marble and Granite Sector: Capixaba Companies Present Machinery Innovations at Cachoeiro Stone Fair

Renowned in Brazil and Latin America, major manufacturers from Espírito Santo of machinery and solutions for the ornamental stone sector will showcase their latest innovations this month at the Cachoeiro Stone Fair. They promise to mark a milestone in national technological development with cutting-edge innovations.

Among the new releases is a new machine, the Inex Automática, which operates with a milling cutter to make sink openings, faucet holes, and grooves. “It also performs internal finishing of hole openings and automatic Italian recess,” commented Arthur Pizetta, Innovation Director at Aço Art, a specialist in intelligent, customized, and innovative equipment for processing marble, granite, slate, and concrete slabs, headquartered in Vargem Alta.

Another innovation from the company is the updated Serra Ponte EVO III, which has gained new functions and work tools. Developed with cutting-edge Brazilian technology, this automatic cutter features advanced functionalities such as piece movement by suction cups, slab image capture, design interpretation, and assisted manufacturing. “It represents a milestone in national technological development, boosting production with the most advanced technology,” said Arthur.

According to the Secretary of Economic Development of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Dietrich Kaschner, the Espírito Santo municipality is a major global machinery manufacturing hub, contributing to the sector’s systemic competitiveness.

“It is crucial for the development of the stone sector to have reliable machine manufacturers capable of generating, moving, and processing stones competitively. This has been the story of machine manufacturers in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, who have been in the municipality for over 55 years, providing this secure and competitive support, with proximity for technical assistance and fast spare parts. The success of Cachoeiro in the stone sector is directly linked to this productive arrangement, with these local machine manufacturers being among the largest in Brazil.”

Cimef is another example of this. One of the largest manufacturers of machines and technological solutions for the ornamental stone sector, they will present their equipment, polishing machines, and accessories for the marble and granite industry, as well as new technologies and projects for processing ornamental stones at the Cachoeiro Stone Fair.

With its industrial park located in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, the company works to innovate in the quality and technology of the machines it produces, such as Beka Tech saws and CPC Multihead Polishing Machines, standing out for offering solutions in projects, automation, adaptations, and peripherals.

Ventowag Tecnologia EIRELI, which develops and manufactures equipment and machines for various sectors, including ornamental stones, will also present some of its products at the fair for the first time, combining high technology and extensive market experience, ensuring top-quality performance.
